Business Description

Were a family-style setup, with cute country bedrooms (nothing fancy), parlors with Cable TV and Wi-Fi. There are dogs wandering about, folks hanging out on the porches or by the pool in summer, and everyone shares breakfasts together. Guests with rooms in the back of the house have to pass through the den where we hang out and are often self-conscious at first, but quickly adjust to the routine. We find it an opportunity to chat about the days activities and share any updates on the B&B schedule. We've been doing this a long time now, so we've accumulated a wealth of information and resources on what to see and do in the Seneca Falls area. Whether it be hiking, biking, kayaking, historical exploration, antiquing, outlet shopping, bird watching, wine, cheese or spirit tasting, we've got it all. Make us your pet-friendly destination in the Finger Lakes. Have received a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor for the past years based on our favorable guests reviews.

We are situated atop a secluded hill on 5.7 acres of spectacular natural beauty and are on scenic State Route 89 and the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. It is three miles to the center of Seneca Falls, and a quarter mile south to the New York Chiropractic College. Our Bed and Breakfast is open to guests year round. The home features five large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath. The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests, including two parlors, the dining room, and a den with a fireplace. During the summer guests may relax by the full-sized, in-ground swimming pool. Two bedrooms in the west wing are designated as pet friendly for dogs and their well-behaved owners.

Tony and John relocated from NYC to Seneca Falls in 2002 to open their Bed & Breakfast. Tony is a master chef and makes a mean breakfast. John is grounds keeper and pool boy.
They have two dogs of their own. Bender, a very sweet Chinese Crested, and Bear, who is a pip, and keeps guests on their toes.
